These Terms govern your use of sunatullokhomanovelement.com and purchases from Sunatullokhomanovelement ("Sunatullokhomanovelement"). We sell architectural and decorative finishing elements — moldings, baseboards, cornices and coves, rosettes, slatted wall panels and wall appliqués — by the piece or in lots for construction projects, plus made-to-measure items. Who may buy; no subscriptions

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or to enter into a contract with us.

We sell one-time purchases only. There is no subscription, no membership, no club and no recurring charge of any kind. Your card is charged once per order, for the total shown at checkout. If you ever see a repeating charge from us, contact or [email protected] immediately.

Products, materials and measurements

Catalog pages state the material, profile dimensions and length or panel size of each item. Because finishing elements are produced in batches, small variations in tone, grain and surface texture between production runs are normal and are not defects. Screen colors are an approximation; request a sample before committing to a large lot if exact tone matters.

You are responsible for the measurements, linear footage and quantities you order. We recommend ordering a cutting allowance for miters and waste. Installation suggestions and style combinations published on the site are general guidance, not an engineering or architectural project.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Before you confirm payment, the checkout shows the full amount you will pay: item price, quantity, shipping or freight, and any applicable taxes. No fee is added after confirmation.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Custom and cut-to-size orders

For made-to-measure items we work from the drawings, measurements or specifications you send. You confirm in writing (by e-mail) the final dimensions, material and finish before production starts; that confirmation is the production order.

You warrant that you have the right to use any drawing or design you send us. Custom pieces are produced for you alone and are treated differently from catalog items under our Refund Policy.

Installation guidance and no guarantee of results

We provide orientation on installation and on combining profiles, but we do not install. The final appearance depends on your walls, ceilings, substrate, adhesives, finishing and the installer's work, and we do not promise a specific outcome.

Our products are decorative and non-structural. Do not use them to carry load. Follow local building and fire codes and the product's own handling instructions.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery, carriers, costs and claim windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the website — catalog photography, profile drawings, texts and the Sunatullokhomanovelement name — belongs to Sunatullokhomanovelement or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including labor costs, rework or project delays arising from installation. Our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
