Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Made-to-measure pieces begin processing only after you confirm the final dimensions, material and finish by e-mail; their production lead time is given in your quote.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address. Free shipping on orders over $99.

The exact shipping amount for your address is shown at checkout, before payment, and is included in the total you confirm. Delivery times are estimates and do not include the processing time above.

Long profiles and bulk job-site orders

Moldings, baseboards and cornices travel in reinforced, length-protected packaging. Large lots may ship palletized by freight carrier, which usually means curbside delivery: someone must be present to receive and unload, and the delivery address must be accessible to the truck.

Tell us at checkout or by e-mail if the site has access restrictions, delivery windows or a different receiving contact.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships. If a shipment splits into more than one package or pallet, you receive a tracking code for each.

Receiving your shipment

Inspect the packaging before signing. If a box or pallet is crushed, punctured or opened, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and photograph it — this makes a claim much faster for both of us.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund.
