Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Sunatullokhomanovelement. This policy explains when and how you can return moldings, baseboards, cornices, rosettes, slatted panels and wall appliqués, and how a refund is paid. Effective date: 2026-10-01.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please open the packaging and check lengths, profiles and finish as soon as the shipment arrives — before cutting, painting or installing anything.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Pieces that have been cut, mitered, drilled, sanded, glued, painted or otherwise installed cannot be returned, because they can no longer be resold.

Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items. Long profiles must go back in packaging equivalent to the original so they are not bent or chipped in transit.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number, the item references and photos of the pieces as received. We answer within 2 business days.

Wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back; unannounced returns may not be identified.

Damaged, broken or incorrect items

If a piece arrives cracked, chipped or is not the profile, length or finish you ordered, send photos of the item and of the outer packaging to [email protected] within the window stated in our Shipping Policy. We will resend the correct item or refund it — you do not pay return freight in these cases.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet left our facility, call or write to [email protected] and we will cancel it and refund the full amount charged, including shipping.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it. We do not refund to a different card or account than the one used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
